Purpose of RoleThis role will manage KPI related to inventory accuracy between SAP‑FMS and Warehouse Management (WM) systems used by various Distribution Hub sites operated by Under Armour and third‑party logistics partners. Leveraging transactional data, you will identify root causes when issues arise, recommend changes, and partner with internal and external groups to implement improvements that enhance inventory accuracy.
Your Impact- Track Inventory Accuracy performance metrics and work with partner teams to exceed accuracy goals.
- Capture and analyze inventory accuracy variances; develop and lead a root‑cause analysis process to monitor and eliminate problems.
- Report on metrics for Inventory Accuracy and drive KPI improvements.
- Develop SOPs and train others in maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Identify and implement new processes and reporting to improve inventory accuracy.
- Participate in new system implementations and enhancements.
- Provide design insights, write test scripts, support testing, perform data validation, training, and documentation.
- BS in Supply Chain or related business discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of supply chain or inventory experience.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and critical‑thinking skills.
- End‑to‑end understanding of inventory flows between WM and FMS.
- Strong interpersonal skills and influence capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to document processes and business requirements logically.
- Experience using data analysis tools to support decision making.
- Basic knowledge of FMS‑SAP transactional processes.
- Location: Must reside within commuting distance of the Baltimore office.
- Work Schedule: Hybrid—4 days in office per week.

Base Compensation$58,633.96 – $73,292.45 USD
Initial placement is based on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience for the position. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
