Under Armour is a proud participant of the Department of Defense (DoD) Skill Bridge Program. Through a collaborative effort with our Armed Forces, we’re able to provide training, mentoring, and employment opportunities for Veterans who are transitioning after selflessly serving our Nation. As an approved DoD partner, we are excited to announce the launch of our very first Skill Bridge cohort.

Under Armour’s program will provide Veterans with opportunities to gain "civilian experience" before they end their military career. Veterans bring a wealth of experience, discipline, knowledge, and energy, and Under Armour understands the value of giving back to our Veterans. We are committed to supporting them by providing the tools and experience necessary for their next chapter in life.

Depending on your interests, background, and team assignment, you may have the opportunity to:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in areas across our business including Technology, Marketing, HR, Supply Chain, Finance, or Sales
• Learn how corporate functions operate within a global performance brand
• Support project execution and strategic initiatives
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and leadership briefings
• Gain exposure to tools, systems, and best practices used across the business
• Observe the performance and development process that powers our teammates
• Participate in mentorship opportunities and build your professional network

Our DoD Skillbridge roles are tailored to give you meaningful, resume-building experience while also helping us get to know you and how your military skill set translates into our world.

• Applicants must meet all DoD Skill Bridge eligibility requirements
• Must be a current Active Duty Service member
• Have 180 days of service or fewer remaining prior to your date of discharge and you have at least 180 continuous days of active service.
• Obtain approval from your unit commander.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule with 3-4 days onsite at our Baltimore, MD Headquarters
