** Finance Manager Responsibilities:
*** Execute the dealership F&I sales process ensuring full compliance and disclosure
* Drive profitability through the sale of finance products, service contracts, and protection plans
* Partner with dealership leadership to meet and exceed F&I performance goals
* Maintain strong relationships with lenders, manufacturers, and financial institutions
* Deliver a transparent, customer-focused financing experience
* Complete all retail documentation accurately and efficiently

Qualifications:

**
* ** Previous Automotive F&I experience required** (2+ years preferred)
* Strong knowledge of automotive lending and compliance standards
* Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds (IGNITE), Route One, and eLeads preferred
* Proven ability to influence sales teams and drive profitability
* Strong organizational, communication, and mathematical skills
* Proficiency with MS Office and dealership systems
* Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
