Goodyear Automotive Technician

Location: Multiple U.S. Auto Service Centers.

Job Type: Full-time – Flat-Rate with 75% Hour Guarantee.

What You’ll Do
  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair automotive systems – brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, air conditioning, coolant.
  • Troubleshoot and demonstrate strong diagnostic skills using the latest technology.
  • Mentor teammates and continually learn new techniques as technology evolves.
  • Maintain safety, service, and housekeeping standards; use protective equipment.
  • Perform manual tasks: lift tires/wheels, stand, bend, squat for extended periods.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years automotive repair experience or 3 years as a military vehicle maintenance specialist; advanced diagnostic/problem‑solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to work flexibly (evenings, weekends, holidays).
  • Preferred: ASE A4 (Steering & Suspension) and A5 (Brakes) certifications, state inspection license, or MAC certification.
