Pay Range: $16.00 - $20.00/hr (base pay may vary based on experience, qualifications, and market location). As a Mid‑Level Automotive Technician, you will:
- Diagnose technical issues using mechanical aptitude and deliver outstanding service.
- Gain experience with brakes, alignments, and other core automotive services.

Stores may operate 7 days a week, including weekends and some holidays, depending on location.
Requirements- Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventive maintenance.
- Valid driver’s license; at least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
- Commitment to learning new technologies in the automotive industry.
- Ability to review, analyze, interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
- Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures.
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
- ASE Certification.
- Experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests.
- Experience with electrical, air conditioning, and fuel ignition systems (basic and advanced).
- Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct brake repairs, fluid flushes, preventive maintenance, wheel alignments, and tire installation.
- Demonstrate excellent guest service and clear communication about vehicle status.
- Document all work on the repair order and report safety issues to management.
- Promote teamwork and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
- Maintain strict adherence to company policy for vehicle care and operation.
- Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting consumer tires and wheels.
