Job Summary

  • Operates high-volume duplicating and document imaging equipment, including related software.
  • Manages high-volume mail systems, including shipping, receiving, sorting, distributing, and applying postage for incoming and outgoing mail/faxes.
  • Generates digital reports for printing, imaging, and mail operations.
  • Performs copier maintenance and minor repairs; reports major issues to technicians.
  • Conducts binding, quality control (QC), and final checks on completed jobs.
  • Utilizes MS Office, email, and document management systems to handle and transfer files.
  • Maintains records for management reports and tracks inventory of supplies.
  • Distributes office supplies, mail, and faxes to appropriate personnel or drop-off points.
  • Calculates job charges and maintains billing logs.
  • Responds to and coordinates customer service calls and inquiries.
  • Delivers completed work to designated customer locations, potentially traveling between buildings.
  • Maintains daily meter and service logs for equipment.
  • Keeps copier and common areas clean, organized, and stocked.
  • Handles shipping and receiving of materials and supplies.
  • Sets up meeting and conference rooms as required.
  • Assists with building occupant moves and light maintenance tasks, such as re-lamping.
  • Performs occasional cleaning and housekeeping duties.
  • Operates bindery and finishing equipment (e.g., shrink-wrap, paper cutter, hole driller).
  • May require periodic overtime, including nights, weekends, or emergency response.
  • Performs filing, archiving, and purging of documents per customer requests.
  • Provides reception and call center support as needed, requiring strong presentation and phone skills.
  • Follows all established protocols and performs other duties as assigned by site management.
