LHH is partnering with a well-established financial services organization in Baltimore to hire a highly resilient, resourceful, and self‑motivated Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This temporary‑to‑permanent role offers competitive compensation and the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership in a fast-paced, high‑visibility environment.
Executive Assistant – Temporary to PermanentPay Rate: $27–$36/hour; $75,000–$85,000 upon permanent conversion
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders, managing communications, calendars, and shifting priorities
- Proactively handle email correspondence, calls, and interactions with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, meetings, and logistics with accuracy and foresight
- Organize and execute meetings end‑to‑end, including scheduling, preparing materials, updating data packets, coordinating technology, and arranging catering
- Prepare, process, and submit expense reports accurately and on time
- Build and maintain strong cross‑functional relationships to enhance collaboration and efficiency
- Support team initiatives and contribute to process improvements
- Maintain professionalism, adaptability, and attention to detail across all responsibilities
- Exceptionally organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence and clarity
- Proactive problem‑solver who anticipates needs and takes initiative
- Comfortable working independently while knowing when to elevate or seek input
- Positive, resilient, and service‑oriented mindset
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to learn additional firm‑specific systems (e.g., CRM or financial platforms)
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated tact, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential information
- Ability to work onsite in the Baltimore office five days per week
- Financial services experience is a plus
