  • LHH is partnering with a well-established financial services organization in Baltimore to hire a highly resilient, resourceful, and self‑motivated Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This temporary‑to‑permanent role offers competitive compensation and the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership in a fast-paced, high‑visibility environment.

    Executive Assistant – Temporary to Permanent

    Pay Rate: $27–$36/hour; $75,000–$85,000 upon permanent conversion

    Key Responsibilities
    • Serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders, managing communications, calendars, and shifting priorities
    • Proactively handle email correspondence, calls, and interactions with internal and external stakeholders
    • Manage confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
    • Coordinate complex travel arrangements, meetings, and logistics with accuracy and foresight
    • Organize and execute meetings end‑to‑end, including scheduling, preparing materials, updating data packets, coordinating technology, and arranging catering
    • Prepare, process, and submit expense reports accurately and on time
    • Build and maintain strong cross‑functional relationships to enhance collaboration and efficiency
    • Support team initiatives and contribute to process improvements
    • Maintain professionalism, adaptability, and attention to detail across all responsibilities

    Qualifications
    • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to learn additional firm‑specific systems (e.g., CRM or financial platforms)
    • Superior written and oral communication skills
    • Demonstrated tact, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential information
    • Ability to work onsite in the Baltimore office five days per week
    • Financial services experience is a plus
