This is a highly visible, essential support role within a dynamic and growing professional services firm. The Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in supporting our professional staff, ensuring smooth daily office operations, and maintaining the organized, responsive environment our clients and team members expect.

Key Responsibilities Administrative & Professional Support
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to partners and professional staff
  • Assist with proofreading financial statements
  • Assist with tax return assembly, e‑filing, and monitoring filing status
  • Manage document workflow, scanning, electronic filing, and physical file organization
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Office Operations
  • Monitor and restock office and kitchen supplies
  • Assist with mail processing, package handling, and courier coordination
  • Provide back‑up reception coverage as needed
Collaboration
  • Work closely with partners, managers, and administrative team members
  • Communicate effectively across departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Maintain a professional, positive presence with clients and visitors
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
