About the RoleWe're looking for someone with strong attention to details to join our team as an Associate Licensing
- Title Management. In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely processing of vehicle titles, lien placements, and related documentation across multiple jurisdictions. The role is accountable for maintaining compliance with state and local requirements, preventing delays or errors that could impact clients or financial institutions, and supporting smooth fleet operations.
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing vehicle titles across multiple jurisdictions.
- Verify title documentation for completeness and compliance with state and local requirements.
- Ensure proper lien placements and releases are processed without errors or delays.
- Investigate and resolve title‑related discrepancies such as missing documentation, incorrect lien details, or delayed filings.
- Partner with state agencies, financial institutions, and suppliers to resolve complex title issues.
- Escalate unresolved matters promptly to prevent service interruptions.
- Communicate with clients, drivers, lenders, and internal teams to provide title status updates.
- Respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner to support client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth title transfers and ownership records.
- Update internal systems with accurate title and lien status information within defined timelines.
- Maintain organized records to ensure compliance with audit and reporting standards.
- Share knowledge and assist team members during high‑volume periods.
- Support the development, review, and improvement of title management procedures.
- Contribute ideas to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- High school Diploma.
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative, operations, or vehicle title/licensing support roles required.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrate superior organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities, and meet deadlines.
- 2-4 year Degree in Business, BSBA preferred.
- Experience in fleet management, motor vehicle services, financial institutions, or regulatory compliance environments preferred.
- Prior experience working with state agencies, clients, or suppliers is a plus.
- Experience with case management or registration systems preferred.
- Experience in Claim Operations and Client Services Skill Set Actions preferred.

Owings Mills, MD, Monday through Friday. We ask that candidates are available to commit to both schedules. Training ensures you're fully supported in learning the role, and the post‑training shift reflects our team's standard operating hours.
The base salary range for this position is $53,040- $62,400 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
