Adecco is currently looking for a Title Assistant in Baltimore, MD
Type: 40hrs/wk . Contract

Length: 4 months with possibility of extension

This is an in-office, onsite role only. No other options available.
Performs clerical and administrative duties to support real estate closings and title recordings, including creating title files, preparing commitments, policies, and endorsements, and reviewing commercial title searches in accordance with local and corporate standards.
Analyzes legal and property records to verify ownership and restrictions, audits documents for accuracy, interprets tax and assessment reports, and communicates professionally with customers, escrow offices, and title officers throughout the process.
2+ years title industry experience; commercial title experience a plus
Strong customer service orientation
Strong detail orientation

Pay Details: $22.50 per hour
