Provide administrative support to project teams, interacting with both internal and external customers.
Job Responsibilities- Jobsite payroll administration.
- Jobsite accounts payable administration.
- Assist project in collection and auditing of subcontract certified payroll reporting.
- Assist project with prevailing wage compliance
- Assist project with project cost tracking.
- Perform purchasing duties as required for consumables and miscellaneous supplies.
- Assist the setup of local vendor accounts.
- Facilitate meetings and coordinate training as required.
- Assist project startup and close out.
- Perform general support to project teams including but not limited to; maintaining electronic files, jobsite documentation, photocopies, office maintenance and supplies.
- Play a key communication role on the project by working with project management to filter and distribute incoming communication.
- Bring ideas to continuously improve processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ideal candidate will have at least five years of administrative experience in a fast paced office environment. Preferably in the construction industry.
- Excellent communication skills with a personable, professional demeanor and a collaborative attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is necessary.
- Some travel will be required within the Baltimore, MD area.
