Temporary Executive Assistant (6–8 Month Assignment)
LHH is partnering with a well-established financial services organization in Baltimore to hire a highly resilient, resourceful, and self-driven Executive Assistant to support senior leaders within their Institutional team. This is a 6–8 month temporary opportunity offering competitive hourly compensation and the chance to work closely with executive leadership in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
Pay Rate: $25–$35/hour
Duration: 6–8 Months
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a trusted liaison, managing communications, calendars, and shifting priorities for senior leaders
- Proactively manage email correspondence, calls, and interactions with internal and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential and sensitive matters with professionalism and maturity
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, meetings, and logistics with precision and foresight
- Organize and manage meeting requirements end-to-end, including scheduling, materials preparation, data packet updates, technology coordination, and catering
- Prepare, process, and submit expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Build strong cross-functional relationships internally and with external partners to foster collaboration and efficiency
- Support broader team initiatives and contribute to process improvements
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, adaptability, and attention to detail in all responsibilities
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Clear, confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and takes initiative
- Comfortable working independently while knowing when to elevate or seek input
- Positive, resilient, and service-oriented mindset
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to learn additional firm‑specific systems (e.g., CRM or financial platforms)
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated tact, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential information
- Ability to work onsite in the Baltimore office five days per week
- Financial services experience is a plus
