EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
The company is seeking junior, mid-level, and senior Executive Assistants to provide SETA support in Hanover, MD.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative work in management environment. Proficiency in Defense Travel System (DTS);perform as Non-DTS Entry Agent. Performs calendar management, appointment. and meeting scheduling for PM or PdM leadership.
Monitor the division organizational e-mail account (i.e., workflow) and distribute information and/or execute taskings as required providing responsive support to leadership.
correspondence, arranges meetings.
May perform timekeeping duties in DoD Automated Time and Attendance Production System (DATAAPS).
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum years of related work experience
Junior:2 years of experience
Mid-level:5 years of experience
Senior:9 years of experience
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience and skills in providing Executive Level Administrative Assistant support to high-ranking Federal Government Senior Executive or DoD Flag / General Officers.
SECURITY CLEARANCE
· Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required
