Location: Baltimore, MD (Hybrid)
Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 base salary
Work Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days onsite after a 60‑day onboarding period

Position OverviewThe Commercial Lease Administrator will play a critical role in supporting a diverse portfolio of commercial and mixed‑use properties. This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who enjoys contract administration, cross‑functional collaboration, and being a trusted point of contact throughout the lease lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, review, abstract, and maintain commercial leases, amendments, and related documents
- Track critical lease dates, options, renewals, and tenant obligations
- Serve as a liaison between leasing, legal, accounting, and property management teams
- Maintain accurate lease data within internal systems and ensure compliance with lease terms
- Assist with reporting, audits, and special projects related to leasing and asset management
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding lease documentation and status
- 2+ years of experience in commercial lease administration or related real estate support roles
- Strong understanding of commercial lease terms and documentation
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience with lease administration systems a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
