Consilio's ELS Direct Hire Division is seeking a tenured and highly professional legal secretary on behalf of an AMLAW firm in Washington, DC. The candidate for this position will be successful if they are able to execute a variety of secretarial duties of a confidential nature. These tasks will include working with attorneys, paralegals and other members of the firm with a series of administrative functions.

Base pay range: $66,000.00/yr - $/yr

Responsibilities
  • Daily time entry, expense reimbursement, calendaring and scheduling, managing/editing documents, and travel arrangements
  • Proactively learning internal systems and processes to find innovative solutions to problems and requests
  • Preserving the confidentiality of ours and our clients’ protected information
  • Generating, editing, and posting client invoices
  • Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree; a minimum of five (5) years of prior professional experience in a legal or professional services environment may be considered in lieu of a degree
