Job Overview
Scheduler role which includes patient scheduling, transferring calls, and emergency overhead paging. They will be monitoring rooms and when someone rings the bell they answer to see what the patient needs. At other locations they will be answering and transferring calls to different departments. They will also be required to follow up on all calls and ensure things get done for the patient.
High volume of calls, need to be prepared for that.
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday, every other weekend.
AdditionalSkills & Qualifications
- MUST HAVE: Any medical scheduling experience, call center, receptionist, or any experience with high volume calls.
- Must be able to type 30 WPM or more.
- Must have excellent phone skills and computer skills.
- Must have excellent customer service.
- Experience with healthcare scheduling is a PLUS.
- Open to anyone with strong call center/phone experience, receptionist, switchboard, telephone operator.
Contract to Hire position based in Baltimore, MD.
Pay Range$17.00 – $17.00 per hour.
