Accounts Payable Specialist responsibilities include:

• Processing all check requests, P.O. and A/P invoices on a weekly basis.
• Processing and mailing all checks.

Education and

Work Experience:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Four years of computer experience.
• Two years accounts payable experience.

• Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize one or more of the following:
  Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Meditech (if applicable), Epic (if applicable), Performance Manager/Net Learning.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language.
• Ability to work independently and make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Ability to effectively communicate and deal tactfully with other personnel, visitors, patients, physicians, customers, and the general public.
• Must be flexible, have personal integrity, and function effectively as a team with other employees.
• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Other Requirements:
  Computers and accounts payable.
• Typing speed of at least 30 wpm.
