Assignment Type: 3+ month temporary role

Work Environment: On-site Baltimore

Position Overview

A Fiscal Technician II is needed to support accounting and reconciliation functions within a fast-paced office environment. This role focuses on accurate data entry, processing financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter wage payments and refunds into FMIS and maintain accurate tracking in Google Sheets.
  • Audit and enter employee reimbursement expense vouchers in accordance with DBM and Labor policies.
  • Perform data reconciliation and ensure accuracy across financial records and systems.
Required Skills
  • Proficiency with Excel and Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Forms)
  • Experience with Adobe Pro (advanced tools)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with FMIS or other accounting systems is preferred but not required
Education
  • High school diploma or high school equivalency certificate required.
Experience
  • At least one year of experience reconciling agency accounting systems to fiscal control systems or developing automated spreadsheets, ledgers, or reports using accounting principles.
