DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Check signer duties and responsibilities
- Matching invoices to receiving manifests
- Processing bills for payment in a timely and accurate manner
- Accounts Payable general duties (i.e., filing)
- Develop and maintain filing systems
- Data entry and editing
- Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling; awareness of legal aspects
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field required.
5 or more years of Accounts Payable experience, 2 or more years experience leading 1-2 team members.
Starting Salary Range $55K - $60K
