We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Accountant to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background with a minimum of 5 years of experience, a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, and advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formulas. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of accounting functions in a dynamic environment.

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
• Assist with financial statement preparation and analysis.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Perform variance analysis and provide meaningful insights to management.
• Support internal and external audits with necessary documentation.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to efficiency initiatives.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) to analyze and report financial data.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 5+ years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas required).
• Experience with ERP/accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Net Suite, Oracle, SAP, or similar).
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
