Position: Accountant - Baltimore, MD - Full-Time

Accountant – Baltimore, MD – Full-Time at Your Part-Time Controller, LLC

Responsibilities
  • Weekly and monthly processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll
  • Bank account and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Monthly financial statements and related analysis
  • Grant tracking and monitoring
  • Cash flow projections and monitoring
  • Preparation for outside audits
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of public or industry accounting experience (5+ years preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Experience or willingness to learn multiple accounting software packages;
    Quick Books experience is a plus
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Willingness to travel to client offices when safe
  • Nonprofit experience preferred
  • Part‑time employees are expected to work during normal business hours and deliver services to clients
  • Customized cover letter required
Benefits & Compensation
  • Starting annual base salary $60,000 – $80,000 (35‑hour week, non‑exempt)
