A fast-growing, diversified manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its corporate accounting team. This company operates across multiple business lines — including retail, service, and rental — and is known for its entrepreneurial culture, stability, and steady growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Support month-end and year-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze financial statements for multiple business units
• Assist with consolidations and intercompany transactions
• Support audit requests and help streamline financial reporting processes
• Partner cross-functionally with operations and FP&A to improve data accuracy and efficiency
• Contribute to process improvement, automation, and system enhancement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 3–6+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience with multi-entity accounting preferred
• Proficiency in Excel; ERP experience a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Compensation:

Up to $110K base salary + strong benefits.
