The Role:

You will take full clinical and operational leadership of a 65-bedded nursing home specialising in general nursing, dementia nursing, and dementia residential care.

Responsibilities include:

Leading and developing a dedicated multidisciplinary team Maintaining high clinical and regulatory standards Creating a positive, person-centred culture for residents and staff Driving excellence and innovation within the service Requirements: NMC Registered Nurse (first-level) Significant post-qualification experience, including leadership in a nursing/care home setting Strong knowledge of NI nursing home regulations and standards Passion for high-quality, person-centred care and team development If youre ready to lead a service you can be proud of and join an organisation that truly invests in its people, apply now!
