Overview
The purpose of the role is to maintain and improve the appearance and safety of all care home facilities by carrying out high-quality painting and decorating work across our homes. The post holder may be required to work at any of the homes within the Spa Nursing Home Group depending upon service requirements.
Working across multiple locations, your primary responsibilities will include painting, decorating and recording tasks to include:
Responsibilities- Prepare surfaces (cleaning, sanding, priming) for painting.
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used.
- Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to prioritise urgent areas.

As a Multi-Site Painter & Decorator you will play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep and aesthetic quality of all Spa Nursing Homes.

This role involves substantial access to vulnerable adults. The successful candidate will be offered the position subject to a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure Check through Access NI. Regulated posts will also require a check of the adult barred list.
