HGV Driver

A key representative of JP Corry, the role of a HGV driver is both reliable and customer focused. The role is central to delivering our products safely, efficiently, and with pride to customers across residential and commercial sites. This is a multidrop role where you’ll be the face of the branch, showcasing passion and professionalism in ensuring a first-class service.

• Carry out safe, timely, and accurate deliveries to customers, ensuring on time, in full every time.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and comply with all legal, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Load and secure vehicles safely, occasionally supporting in the yard with loading/unloading.
• Work closely with the branch team to ensure efficient routes and maximum productivity.
• Provide excellent customer service on every delivery, representing JP Corry with professionalism.
• Support branch and brand operations when required, working as part of a collaborative team.

• A clean Class 2 HGV Licence with full CPC and tacho compliance.
• A strong focus on safety and compliance.
• That you take a sense of pride in what you do and how you do it.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Have prior FLT experience with/without a current licence.
• Prior multi-drop driving experience.
• HIAB certified.

Branch opening hours are Mon - Thurs 07.30 - 17.00, Fri 07.30 - 16.00, Sat 08.00 - 12.00. We are flexible to consider a variety of working hours/patterns to suit your needs.
