About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and confident Calling Executive to connect with financial providers in the UK to collect required information and update our internal CRM system accurately.

This is not a sales role
. The primary responsibility is information gathering, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records.

• Make 15–20 outbound calls per day to financial providers across the UK.
• Collect required information related to policies, investments, pensions, or financial products.
• Accurately enter and update all collected information in the CRM system.
• Send follow-up emails where required.
• Track pending responses and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain call logs and daily productivity reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure information completeness.
• Ensure high standards of professionalism while speaking with UK-based providers.

Key Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral/clear accent preferred).
• Prior experience in outbound calling (international calling preferred).
• Strong data entry and CRM handling skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle 15–20 calls daily efficiently.
• Good email writing skills.
• Comfortable working in the 11 AM – 8 PM IST shift

• Basic understanding of financial services terminology (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with UK financial institutions or wealth management firms.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Background in financial services / insurance / wealth management (advantageous).
