This is a full-time on-site position in Ballymena for the role of Commercial Vehicle Sales Consultant. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, consulting to understand their needs, providing expert guidance on commercial vehicle options, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role requires delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire buying process.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to assist customers in identifying suitable commercial vehicle solutions
- Proven experience in Customer Service and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with diverse customers
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and work collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in using sales tools and technology for vehicle promotions and customer follow-up
- Previous experience in vehicle sales or the automotive industry is an advantage
- High level of motivation, enthusiasm, and a customer-focused approach
