Sales Executive

Curtis Toyota Ballymena is a family-run Toyota dealership with over 40 years’ experience serving customers across Northern Ireland. We’re known for our honest approach, strong customer relationships, and supportive team culture.

With a newly refurbished showroom and continued growth across sales and aftersales, we’re now looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team.

This is a hands‑on, customer‑focused sales role within a busy Toyota showroom. You’ll be dealing with warm enquiries, existing customers, and showroom visitors, supported by ongoing marketing activity and a strong brand.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing customer enquiries from initial contact through to vehicle handover
• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable new and used vehicles
• Arranging and conducting test drives
• Explaining finance options clearly and compliantly
• Managing your own customer follow-up and pipeline using our CRM system
• Maintaining high standards of presentation and customer care

We have strong enquiry flow and a loyal customer base, so this role is about converting opportunities
, not chasing dead leads.

• Previous sales experience (motor trade preferred but not essential)
• Confident, professional communication skills
• Strong organisation and follow-up habits
• Comfortable using IT systems and CRM tools
• Full UK driving licence
• A positive, customer-first attitude

• Thursday late night: until 8:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am – 12:30pm
