Plumbmaster are a leading specialist within the plumbing and heating division of Haldane Fisher. We offer a dedicated service to the plumbing and heating industry, with specialised trade counters and staff who aim to provide unrivalled levels of customer service. We wish to recruit a Counter Sales Advisor to work in our Plumbmaster division at our branch in Ballymena. This is an exciting career opportunity offering an excellent working environment in one of the fastest growing independent plumbing and heating merchants in Northern Ireland.

• Delivering outstanding customer service at the trade counter for plumbing and heating enquiries.
• Operating tills and handle transactions with accuracy and care.
• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders securely for delivery.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised store environment.
• Supporting stock management, merchandising, and flexible teamwork across departments.

• Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude.
• The ability to develop a positive working relationship with customers.
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service role, ideally in plumbing trade.
• Knowledge of general plumbing and heating products.
• The ability to identify sales opportunities and solve customer issues creatively.
• Forklift license is desirable.
