Assistant Production Manager

MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting an Assistant Production Manager for our client, who is one of Northern Ireland's most respected and long-established food producers.

You will help ensure optimal production, maximum efficiency, and the highest standards of quality, food safety, and hygiene.

• Support daily operations to deliver consistent, high-quality production.
• Schedule production efficiently to meet demand.
• Monitor and maintain product quality, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Optimise performance, minimise downtime, maximise throughput and efficiency.
• Support planned maintenance and assist in troubleshooting plant breakdowns.
• Prepare weekly and monthly production reports.

• Experience in manufacturing/production
• Degree or HNC/HND
• At least 1 year's experience as a Leader or Supervisor
