Hygiene Operative

We’re currently recruiting Hygiene Operatives to work night shifts in a fast-paced production environment. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established employer offering fixed shifts, long-term prospects, and full training.

Fixed 4 on / 4 off night shift pattern

Overtime paid at time and a quarter

Temp-to-perm opportunity

• Deep cleaning of machinery, equipment, and facilities during night hours
• Handling strong cleaning chemicals in a safe and responsible manner
• Meeting high hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Following cleaning checklists and schedules accurately
• Performing heavy lifting and manual handling tasks as required

• Comfortable working with industrial cleaning chemicals
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
• Physically able to lift heavy items
• Experience in cleaning, sanitation, or similar (preferred but not essential)
