Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, permanent Mechanical Contracts Manager role based on site and from our offices in Ballymena. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing mechanical service installations, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining excellent client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include project planning, scheduling, budgeting, coordinating with subcontractors and installation teams and:
- Understanding of safety and regulatory compliance standards
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Relevant qualifications in mechanical services or related fields
