Position: ERP Project Manager (2 Year FTC) TLNT1_NI
Hayward Hawk is partnering with a leading Northern Ireland organisation to recruit an ERP Project Manager to lead a major enterprise transformation programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a large scale ERP migration from Sage to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, supporting multiple business units and playing a key role in the organisations wider digital transformation journey.

The Role As ERP Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementation, ensuring the programme is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic business objectives. Working closely with IT, Finance, Operations, and external implementation partners, you will ensure the platform delivers measurable improvements across core business processes.

Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Delivery Lead the end-to-end delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementation. Manage the transition from Sage ERP to Dynamics 365, including data migration and system integration. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and progress reports. Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders. Oversee system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.

Ensure alignment between system design and business processes.

What Were Looking For Strong ERP project management experience, ideally with PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile certification. Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX implementations. Experience managing full lifecycle ERP implementations. Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and operational business processes. Experience overseeing data migration, integrations (Azure/Power Platform), and reporting tools such as Power BI. Experience Required Degree in Information Systems, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).

57+ years experience in IT or business systems project management. Experience delivering multiple full lifecycle Dynamics 365 F&O / Dynamics AX implementations. Experience managing mixed internal and external delivery teams.

Desirable Experience Experience working in manufacturing or engineering environments. Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, or Azure Dev Ops.
