Our portfolio of startups are building tech-enabled solutions for the next generation of B2B clients, across sectors as varied as AgTech & Climate Tech, through to Insur Tech and logistics, and part of any successful investment into scale-up technology businesses includes additional tech know-how from other technology leaders. We’re addressing an underserved market across the UK and EU predominantly.

What we're looking for from your investment:

You should be an experienced leader with a full-stack dev team, ideally with strong modelling & accelerated sprint strategies, and you should have entrepreneurial ambitions to invest your technology resources into established tech startups. The objective of active investment involves supporting startup founders through SAAS scale-up and market testing, by deploying your tech team to accelerate the building of functionality and innovation within each product.

Experience investing into high-innovation startups is helpful, as you will build an equity stake as you help build and accelerate the tech.

You will be instrumental in continuing to shape the product & business strategy at board level, from back-end dev-ops through to AI enhancements. You will take ownership of the tech strategy from the investor's perspective, and drive day-to-day engineering execution alongside the CTO of each startup.

What you’ll bring:

• Demonstrated experience (including your team) in developing & delivering full tech-stack products (possibly including ML/AI and multiple languages) for commercial applications in sectors ranging from Fintech to AgTech and more
• Knowledge of the latest practices and trends, and low-cost, highly scalable architecture
• Demonstrated ability to deliver product in a tech startup environment and with speed
• Confidence to manage a tech team to create, develop, iterate
• Experience of working within an agile environment
• Experience with API Integrations to pull data from multiple sources
• Knowledge of the challenges involved in developing complex products
• Experience building full stack application (for example HTML, CSS, React, Node js, Python and Rest APIs)
