Junior Salesforce Administrator

We’re working with a purpose-driven organisation that delivers a bespoke Salesforce-based platform used by hundreds of organisations across the UK. They’re growing their in-house Salesforce consultancy team and are looking for a Salesforce Consultant / Administrator to support customers and help build and improve tailored Salesforce solutions.

This is a permanent, fully remote role, ideal for someone early in their Salesforce career who wants exposure to real-world Salesforce builds, customer support, and ongoing platform development in a values-led environment.

You’ll be part of a collaborative Salesforce team providing:

• T1 / T2 Salesforce support to end users
• Ongoing administration and configuration of Salesforce CRM systems
• Support on new Salesforce builds and enhancements
• Input into internal technical projects and platform improvements
• Day-to-day system support, troubleshooting, and user enablement

You’ll work closely with product, delivery, and support colleagues, helping translate user needs into practical Salesforce solutions.

• 1+ year experience administering and designing Salesforce CRM systems
• Strong hands‑on experience with:
• User management and security models
• Reports and dashboards
• Automation tools (Flows / Process Builder)
• Experience providing Salesforce support to non‑technical users
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset
• Ability to manage priorities and work independently in a remote setting

• Experience training users on Salesforce
• Exposure to multi‑org or bespoke Salesforce environments
• Background working in mission‑driven, public sector, or third‑sector organisations
