About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager to drive the delivery of a portfolio of internal and externally facing products. This initiative will drive transformation of the business through streamlining and modernising multiple critical products.

What you will do

Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.

Build and maintain a product roadmap based on business priorities, user needs, and technical constraints.

Create, maintain, and prioritize a well-defined product backlog.

Engage with stakeholders across business and technology teams to gather requirements, align expectations, and manage priorities.

Translate business needs into technical requirements in partnership with engineering and design teams.

Write clear, actionable user stories with acceptance criteria for development teams.

Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement).

Validate deliverables against requirements and ensure the product meets quality and performance standards.

Monitor product performance using analytics and user feedback.

Identify opportunities for iteration and enhancement, driving continuous product improvement.

Requirements

5+ years’ experience in Product Management, with responsibility for delivering complex digital products across multiple work streams or teams.

Proven experience defining and owning product vision, strategy, and multi-product roadmaps aligned to business objectives.

Experience steering multiple products or product streams through discovery, development, and release.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and experience working across multiple Agile teams simultaneously.

Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into clear product direction, ensuring requirements are well-defined and engineering-ready

Strong proficiency with backlog and roadmap management tools (e.g., Atlassian suite – Jira, Confluence) and familiarity with diagramming, wire framing, and prototyping tools (Miro, Figma, Balsamiq).

Deep knowledge of requirements management practices (User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases) and change management processes.

Experience applying prioritization frameworks (MoSCoW, RICE, WSJF) at both product and portfolio level.

Strong stakeholder management skills, including executive reporting, roadmap communication, product demonstrations, and managing escalations.

Experience managing cross-team and cross-product dependencies, risks, and delivery alignment.

Ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, building long-term relationships and influencing strategic decisions.

Proven leadership capability, including mentoring and guiding Product Owners, providing direction, and supporting their development.

Strong ownership mentality with accountability for outcomes across multiple products.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, complex environments.

Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), CI/CD practices, and release management processes.

Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Nice to have skills:
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification
