Accounts Payable Manager

Vickerstock are proud to be working in partnership with a growing and forward-thinking organisation to recruit an Accounts Payable Manager. Due to continued growth and success, this is a newly created opportunity within the finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the end-to-end accounts payable function, leading a team, and driving the implementation of a new ERP system.

Key Responsibilities Full responsibility for the end-to-end accounts payable process Manage and develop the accounts payable team, overseeing day-to-day operations Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate processing and payment of invoices Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close activities for accounts payable Review supplier statement reconciliations, identifying issues and taking appropriate corrective action Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records Ensure compliance with internal company policies and HMRC regulations Support external audits by providing documentation and responding to queries as required Lead and support the ERP implementation for the accounts payable function Processing of supplier credit notes
