Key Responsibilities Processing and reconciling accounts payable invoices, supplier statements and payment runs Managing accounts receivable, issuing invoices, allocating payments and following up on outstanding balances Performing bank reconciliations, petty cash and credit card reconciliations Assisting with general ledger postings, journals and accruals Supporting month-end and year-end close procedures, preparing supporting schedules and reports Assisting with VAT returns, payroll preparation support and compliance tasks Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring data integrity Preparing ad hoc financial reports and analysis for management Liaising with suppliers, customers and internal departments to resolve queries Supporting senior finance staff with continuous improvement and finance projects About You Experience in an accounting or finance support role Working toward, or already qualified as, an Accounting Technician Perfect opportunity to get exposure to industry Keen to learn Strong attention to detail A team player with a willingness to take on new challenges For further information on this vacancy, or any other Accountancy & Finance job in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link below or contact Kevin Roberts in the strictest confidence.
