Quantity Surveyor, North Antrim

This successful North Antrim based Contractor is actively seeking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team. Based in the North Antrim area, this company have won a number of significant contracts throughout NI and have excelled in this industry for the past 60 years. They are expanding and have a full order book for the next 18 months and accordingly are seeking to fill this position.

Sectors:
Civil Engineering, Groundworks, Muck shifting All projects are Northern Ireland based Duties:

- responsible for all Commercial aspects of projects - management of subcontractors - take offs - handle all final accounts - preparing Bills of Quantities - preparing cost and value reports - liaise with Site Managers / Contracts managers based on site Applicants are expected to have at least 1- 2 years experience working with a Small - medium sized Main Contractor, who will have the capability of managing small to medium sized projects from start to finish.
