We are a busy bespoke furniture manufacturer based in Ballymena. The ideal candidate must have office experience, be able to work on their own initiative, and be able to work as part of a team within a busy office environment. The individual will be expected to help with the daily running of the office, answering phones, filing, processing orders with external suppliers, and dealing with client needs both on the phone and via email.
The individual must be computer literate with experience of MS Office and Excel. Full training will be provided on our online procurement system. Hours are negotiable.
- Processing orders with external suppliers using our online procurement system
- Dealing with client needs both via email and on the phone
- Managing inbox
- Filing
- Supporting other members of the team
- Any other duties as they arise
- Must be computer literate
- Experience of MS Outlook and Excel
- Must be able to deal with clients, such as contractors, architects, suppliers, sales reps, plus work colleagues
- Experience in a similar environment or role would be desirable but not essential
Salary paid weekly.
