Job Summary:

Wrightbus is the fastest growing production company in Europe. We are looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to manging our accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all purchase ledger transactions.

The Role:

Responsible for end-to-end accounts payable process Manage the accounts payable team and oversee the day-to-day operations Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes for accounts payable. Review of supplier statement reconciliations, highlighting any areas of concern and taking action to resolve issues. Maintaining accurate supplier information Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as HMRC regulations Assist with external audits and provide documentation and support as needed Lead to ERP implementation for accounts payable Processing of supplier credit notes The Requirements Minimum A levels standard Minimum of 5 years experience of end to end processing of the accounts payable function Review of supplier statement reconciliations monthly

Experience of managing a team

Experience of Implementation of an ERP system Proficient in the use of MS Demonstratable experience of using an electronic system for invoice matching Time management and able to work in a fast paced environment Report writing/presentation skills The Benefits:
