Wrightbus is the fastest growing production company in Europe. We are looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to manage our accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all purchase ledger transactions.

• Responsible for end-to-end accounts payable process
• Manage the accounts payable team and oversee the day-to-day operations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes for accounts payable.
• Review supplier statement reconciliations, highlighting any areas of concern and taking action to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate supplier information
• Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as HMRC regulations
• Assist with external audits and provide documentation and support as needed
• Lead ERP implementation for accounts payable
• Process supplier credit notes

• Minimum A levels standard
• Minimum of 5 years experience of end-to-end processing of the accounts payable function
• Monthly review of supplier statement reconciliations
• Experience managing a team
• Experience implementing an ERP system
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office
• Demonstrable experience of using an electronic system for invoice matching
• Time management and ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Report writing and presentation skills
