THE EMPLOYER IS: BALLYCASTLE CLIMBING FRAMES. Assist with the day-to-day administration, scheduling and client communication for active projects. Learn how to manage digital systems, support project coordination and maintain accurate records in a busy and friendly office environment.
Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office and project teams.
- Schedule meetings, deliveries and site visits as directed.
- Maintain and update project documentation.
- Prepare reports, invoices and quotations under supervision.
- Assist with client communications via phone, email and social media.
- Support the coordination of active projects by tracking progress and updates.
- Ensure a tidy, organised and efficient office environment.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Good basic computer skills such as typing.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
The Employer is: BALLYCASTLE CLIMBING FRAMES. The job start opportunity includes standard hours up to 25 hours per week, with potential flexible/reduced hours and additional hours discussed with the employer before starting employment.
