- Assist customers with bakery purchases and special orders.
- Clean shelving, display cases, and floor with soap and water.
- Rotate and fill self‑serve displays and work with the baker to determine items to bake or decorate.
- Provide friendly, courteous service to the bakery department.
- Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, and shelf tags.
- Write simple correspondence.
- Effectively present information to customers and employees.
- Lift up to 60 pounds regularly.
- Basic PC/Outlook skills.
- Retail Management Certificate.
- Food Handler Card or equivalent certification.
- Under direct supervision from Bakery Manager.
