Join Target as an On-Demand Guest Advocate (Cashier) for the General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, and Style teams. Starting hourly rate is $18.50 USD.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and 44 pounds occasionally.
