We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team on a per diem basis. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate, high-quality care to critically ill newborns in a Level 3 NICU environment.
Key Responsibilities- D eliver specialized nursing care to infants in a Level 3 NICU.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide support during deliveries when required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment pla
ns.
- Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.
- Availability to work up to 36 hours per week, including weekends.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
