* Perform all start-up, shutdown, and troubleshooting of the molding process during normal production run.
* Coordinate and/or setup all secondary and auxiliary equipment as needed for each job
* Ensure that the production activities are carried out in accordance with approved procedures
* Promote safety, quality and environmental awareness at all times
* Communicate with management, quality assurance and shop floor daily to discuss all modeling related issues
* Shift: 3rd shift, 11pm to 730am, (Sun - Thurs)#

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Scientific Molding or related course work.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
* LSR/Medical Molding Experience preferred.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and scientific molding experience preferred
* Knowledge of process troubleshooting using scientific molding methods.
* Knowledge of injection molding machinery, control systems (electric, hydraulic, pneumatic).
* Knowledge of material handling/auxiliary equipment, dryers, conveyors, Etc.
