About the Role
Insight Global is looking for a Network Administrator to join a leading healthcare organization, supporting daily network operations at the Baldwin Park site. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to convert to a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities- Report onsite daily and receive work tickets through Service Now.
- Manage and resolve 5+ tickets per day (20–30 per month), including:
- Troubleshooting phone and network connection issues.
- Handling network switches, patching, and cross-connects.
- Perform hands‑on operational tasks to maintain and improve network reliability.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely ticket resolution.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience handling network switches, patching, and cross‑connects.
- Experience in network operations and troubleshooting.
- Candidates who value structure and clear communication are a strong fit.
- Certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA are a plus.
- Service Now experience plus.
