Are you an experienced MSP professional who enjoys balancing technical depth with client-facing responsibilities? This role combines advanced systems administration with technical account management, giving you the opportunity to directly influence client success across multiple industries. You’ll primarily support clients in the San Fernando Valley area, working onsite when needed while also collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure environments remain secure, reliable, and aligned with best practices.

With a Microsoft-first approach and a strong emphasis on professional growth, this position is ideal for someone with at least a Level 2.5 skill set who’s ready to step into a high-impact, client-facing role. You’ll troubleshoot and implement solutions hands-on, while also guiding clients through long-term technical alignment and improvement. Your Contribution

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring client environments meet modern standards.
• Provide proactive support, resolving escalations and preventing recurring issues.
• Implement and configure Microsoft 365, Azure Entra , Windows Server, and networking solutions.
• Conduct client environment audits, maintain thorough documentation, and identify stack gaps.
• Drive value through monthly change management efforts and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams on long-term problem management and service delivery.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of IT support, systems administration, or technical consulting experience (MSP required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure Entra , Windows Server (2016–2022), and core networking.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across desktops, servers, and infrastructure.
• Experience with PSA/RMM tools such as Connect Wise.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Preferred certifications:
  CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), ITIL v4.
