We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Inventory Planning & Analytics Manager to own enterprise-wide inventory strategy across a multi-brand, multi-channel global business. This role is responsible for transforming data into actionable inventory decisions—balancing service levels, cash flow, margin protection, and supply risk.
This is a strategic role, not a warehouse or transactional inventory position. The ideal candidate lives in data, understands financial trade-offs, and partners closely with executive leadership, sales, operations, and sourcing teams to optimize inventory investment.
Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Strategy & Optimization
- Develop and manage inventory strategies across finished goods, components, and in-transit inventory
- Optimize inventory levels by SKU, category, and channel to meet demand while minimizing excess and obsolescence
- Own inventory KPIs including turns, weeks of supply, fill rate, service level, aging, and inventory-to-sales ratios
Demand Forecasting & Analytics
- Build and maintain data-driven demand forecasts using historical sales, seasonality, customer programs, promotions, and market trends
- Partner with Sales, Hospitality, and Retail teams to translate pipeline and forecast data into inventory plans
- Identify demand risks and opportunities early and proactively adjust buying and production strategies
- Analyze inventory investment, cash flow impact, and margin exposure
- Prepare executive-level reporting and scenario analysis for leadership (best/worst case, upside/downside, tariff impact, freight volatility)
- Support annual budgeting, long-range planning, and SKU rationalization initiatives
Supply Chain & Sourcing Collaboration
- Partner with sourcing and operations teams on production planning, MOQs, lead times, and vendor performance
- Model supply constraints, freight timelines, and regional sourcing strategies
- Support transition planning for new sourcing regions and factory onboarding
Process Improvement & Systems
- Improve forecasting accuracy and inventory planning processes through better data, tools, and automation
- Work within ERP and BI systems to improve visibility, accuracy, and decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement across planning, reporting, and inventory governance

Required
- 10–12+ years of experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, supply chain analytics
- Strong quantitative and analytical background with the ability to translate data into business decisions
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership
- Proven ability to manage large SKU counts and complex product portfolios
